This campaign was designed to ignite the conversation around Mental Health & Suicide Prevention while honouring those we have lost.
As a runner, you will be hitting the pavement solo or with your mates to help generate conversations around Mental Health that will encourage change, destigmatisation and postive support seeking behaviours in your community.
